Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Shipping

Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled up until it is sent out for delivery. We strive to provide our service as promptly as possible, which does not allow for a lengthy cancellation period. Non-returnable items
Please note that due to their nature, food items prepared and sent out for delivery cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order or unsatisfactory quality, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Exceptions

- Missing item from the order
