'GentleHarborVista started with one goal: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family established our pizza shop in 1985, originally a quaint, family-owned business with generational recipes.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered pizza craft during her Italian journey, learning from Naples' pizza virtuosos—the pizza's homeland. Back in the UK, she aspired to recreate that genuine Italian pizza charm, using age-old techniques and top-notch materials.
Our origin as a humble 12-seater has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem. Yet, our dedication to top-tier standards and originality stands firm. We employ historic wood-fired oven methods, bake fresh dough daily, and select the finest ingredients available.
'GentleHarborVista' is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, now into its second generation, leading our zealous crew. While we've adapted some new techniques, our core remains: crafting luscious, bona fide pizza that unites folks.
